Background
FIS Global Inc. is a leader in designing and developing Digital Banking solutions across thousands of financial institutions, globally. With the emergence of crypto currency technology like Bitcoin, FIS expressed interest in the possibility of integrating a cryptocurrency wallet within its existing Digital One Banking application.
Task
In concert with FIS’ innovation labs, I was tasked with designing a mobile concept around several basic Wallet Journeys:
On-boarding and Education for New Users
Linking purchase accounts and completing a Crypto purchase
Review cryptocurrency dashboard and balance
Integrate and manage new account within existing Mobile Banking Dashboard
Result
I led the design and creation of an interactive prototype and collaborated with FIS’ LCD (low-code dev) team to bring this concept to life. FIS Executive Leadership reviewed and greenlit the concept and this work is now in ongoing development for future release with their consumer-facing mobile banking suite of applications.
